Our Assessor's Agent is Rob Duplisea. 

The Town has recently undergone a revaluation.  In 2006, the land values were adjusted to reflect market value.  Building value adjustments were reflected on the 2008 tax bills.  Questions related to assessments are addressed through the assessment appeal process .

Common assessing questions include:

• How are mil rates computed?
• How are valuations determined?
• When are valuations changed?
• Are there any ways I can reduce my taxes?
