Assessor's AgentOur Assessor's Agent is Rick Sands. The Town is recently underwent a revaluation. In 2006, the land values were adjusted to reflect market value. Building value adjustments will be reflected on the 2008 tax bills. Questions related to new assessments are addressed through the assessment appeal process - which includes completing and turning in the appeal form, meeting with Barbara Cox, the Town Manager, and, if necessary, meeting with Rick Sands, the assessor's agent.
