Invitation to Bid
Grounds Maintenance For the Town of MilfordThe Town of Milford is seeking proposals for grounds maintenance for the 2010 & 2011 mowing seasons for the parks, athletic field, pump stations, transfer station, closed landfill, cemeteries, school, and municipal building.
Bids must be completed and filed wit the Town Manager at 62 Davenport St., Milford, ME 04461 (mailing address PO Box 336, Milford, ME 04461) by 3 pm on April 1, 2010. Bids received after that time will not be considered. All bids must be accompanied by a completed "Bidder's Qualification Certificate" which may be obtained from the Town Office or from this web site. Bids for the grounds maintenance will be opened and read aloud at the municipal office building on April 1, 2010, at 3:30 pm. After consideration of all bids, and within 30 days after the bids are opened, a decision will be announced. The Town reserves the right to waive all formalities and to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid, & to negotiate to sever portions of the bids. Information and specifications may be obtained at the Town Office during normal office hours. (Tuesday - Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm, Friday, 8 am - 5pm).
